Cena con il mio futuro marito

Era una serata come tante se non fosse che il mio futuro marito abbia deciso di fermarsi in questo locale all'apparenza modaiolo ma di sostanza tradizionale.... siamo stati accolti benissimo dallo staff, abbiamo degustato dapprima un aperitivo presentato diversamente dal solito poi abbiamo deciso di cenare e ciò che mi ha colpita é stato il baccalà in tempura e la carne con i funghi... secondo me ciò che li rende unici è che ciò che ti presentano non è scontato tutto una ricerca di sapori.... la forma come la sostanza fanno parte dell'ingegno umano abbinato alla cucina è semplicemente un capolavoro.... menomale che c eravate voi.... complimenti vivissimi alla cucina è a tutto lo staff e a chi ha pensato e realizzato questo locale.... lo consiglio vivamente
